I have been training with Robbie since October 2019, and in that time I have not only increased my strength and endurance but I have also learned a lot about the benefits of functional training. I feel that each workout that we do has a direct purpose and I always feel accomplished after each session. I've been training in a small group with Robbie for over a year and it never gets boring. We've adapted from in-studio, to the park, to Zoom and it's been flawless. We train twice a week and each session is different and challenging. He always makes a note of my improvements and calls them out so I can see where I'm adapting and getting stronger - its really motivating!
