stretching / therapeutic mobility sessions

It doesn’t need to be all conditioning or heavy lifting! If you need help improving your mobility or flexibility, our experienced trainers can work with you to meet your goals.

Rates range from $85-$110 per hour

Schedule permitting, we can accommodate shorter, 30 minute sessions if you can’t fit our standard 55 minute sessions into your schedule. Send us a message and we’ll see what we can do to help!

Active Rehabilitation (ICBC)

If your insurance covers active rehabilitation for injuries, we have accredited coaches who can work with you to aid in your recovery and help you feel better.

Rates range from $95-$115 per hour
