ARE YOUR TRAINERS CERTIFIED/QUALIFIED?

Yes. As well as each of our training staff being fully certified, we are consistently upgrading our knowledge and experience.


CAN I USE THE GYM BY MYSELF?

No. We offer personal training and small group training. Every workout is under the guidance of a trainer.


WHAT KIND OF GROUP CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

Boxing, kickboxing, circuit training, athletic development, and more.


CAN I “DROP IN” TO CLASSES?

No. Our classes are designed like personal training sessions i.e: Planned programs that progress as you do.


AT WHAT AGE CAN SOMEONE START PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

Yes. We have a “mini legends” class where kids can exercise in a fun, safe and encouraging way.


WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE A SCHEDULED SESSION?

We require that you let us know within 24 hours if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.


DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Yes. We have 5 spaces available for clients. There is also plenty of street parking out front for $2/hour.


DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

Yes. We have 2 change rooms with 2 showers in each.


DO YOU HAVE KINESIOLOGIST SERVICES FOR ICBC CLAIMS?

Yes, we do.


DO YOU OFFER CHILDMINDING/CHILDCARE?
