Annie
CO-OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER

Andrea (aka Annie) is the co-founder of Everyday Athletes. Annie takes pride in her work and makes an effort to stay current and relevant with her education by taking at least 4 courses a year. She is a practicing member of the BCAK and has a BSc Hkin.
Annie has worked with a wide variety of clients with many different needs and abilities. Her fine attention to detail has helped hundreds of people lose thousands of pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle long term. Her training philosophy is to “move with purpose,” which encourages the program to relate to and have a purpose for overall functioning of the human body with the result to reach and surpass goals.
Annie believes you should train from a holistic viewpoint where you are not only physically fit, but mentally as well. This ideology helps to maintain your results and a healthy lifestyle in the long run. It is never too late to start on a fitness journey and she welcomes clients of any fitness level and age.

Robbie
CO-OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER

Robbie is one of the founders of Everyday Athletes. He is a dedicated and educated personal trainer that moved to Vancouver from Ireland in 2012. He has over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry specializing in boxing, kettlebell training, and functional fitness.
Robbie’s attention to detail with his programming, focus on form, variety of methods and encouragement means his clients get results while enjoying their training. You will be sure to learn a lot in his science based training sessions and push yourself past your limits. With his quick wit and humour you will also be sure to enjoy the time in the gym.

Amy
GROUP FITNESS MANAGER & PERSONAL TRAINER

Amy has played competitive soccer her whole life and fell in love with health and fitness along the way. She loved training for the sport, especially getting stronger over the off-season. Amy feels the most confident when she's strong and healthy and knew that she wanted to spend the rest of her life empowering others to feel the same. Amy has had experience with a variety of different clients with many different goals. Additionally, with her Sport and Exercise Science background she gravitates towards athletes who have performanced based goals. She loves helping people achieve goals they didn’t think they could achieve.

Jordyn
PERSONAL TRAINER & ATHLETIC THERAPIST

Jordyn is an Athletic Therapist from Winnipeg! She has a passion for helping her clients manage pain, improve range of motion and build functional strength. Jordyn has a wide background in sport-specific rehabilitation including athletes in handball, ice and field hockey, soccer, football, basketball and rugby. On top of working with a multitude of sports teams, she also works with industrial athletes! Jordyn enjoys researching creative exercises for mobility and building programs that help to identify muscle imbalances and injury prevention for any type of activity! She believes in developing good daily fitness habits and making rehabilitation fun.
David
PERSONAL TRAINER & KINESIOLOGIST

David is a Kinesiologist with a passion for learning new skills. Growing up in Mexico and Brazil, he became experienced with Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis and Rugby. He also played in the VMSL Men’s Competitive Soccer League while completing his undergraduate degree at UBC. He’s had a long history of injuries during his time as a soccer player, thus gravitating towards teaching and empowering others with his vast experience in sports and education in Human Kinetics. Furthermore, his versatile approach enables him to understand human movement and performance beyond elite athletic settings, extending into everyday life.
David speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Because of his multicultural upbringing, he enjoys connecting and teaching people from all different backgrounds and fitness levels. He also enjoys gaming in his free time. David is currently taking additional courses to further develop himself as a Kinesiologst and plans to go back to school to become a Physiotherapist.

Paul grew up with a profound love for fitness, immersing himself in various sports throughout his childhood, with a particular passion for football (soccer). This early fascination with physical activity ignited a lifelong journey in the health and fitness space, shaping him into the coach he is today.
With over a decade of experience under his belt, Paul has been actively empowering and assisting countless clients in achieving their fitness goals. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including weight loss, body composition training, and strength and conditioning. It is his genuine dedication and commitment to his client's well-being that has garnered him a loyal following over the years.
Paul's approach to personal training goes beyond just workouts and exercises. He believes in the power of holistic health, understanding that true transformation comes from nurturing physical, mental, and emotional well-being simultaneously. By working closely with his clients, he encourages the development of positive habits and inspires them to reinvent themselves from the inside out.

Tyler, born and raised in Vancouver, is a kinesiologist and personal trainer. His journey into fitness and hip-hop dance during his formative years ignited a passion that led him to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at UBC. Experiencing firsthand the transformative power of movement and fitness in his own life, Tyler is driven by a desire to share this phenomenon with others. Drawing from his background in hip-hop dance, his training approach emphasizes functional movement and strength training tailored to make everyone he trains into a healthier mover. Tyler has experience with a variety of clients, each with their own goals, and is passionate about helping clients fall in love with the process of achieving their goals.
