Calisthenics Foundations: Skill & Strength for Beginners

Learn to master your bodyweight with this beginner-friendly calisthenics class focused on building foundational strength and technique. Each session focuses on developing core calisthenics movements all while improving mobility, body control, and technique. Expect a mix of skill drills, strength training, and mobility work to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence in your body. No experience needed—just show up and start building your foundation!

This full body workout is designed to improve your overall strength and core stability through a series of dynamic movements. We use bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises throughout intervals, EMOMs and AMRAPs. And of course one of our goals is to create a strong community of ladies to get stronger with! All levels are welcome.
