This full body workout is designed to improve your overall strength and core stability through a series of dynamic movements. We use bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises throughout intervals, EMOMs and AMRAPs. And of course one of our goals is to create a strong community of ladies to get stronger with! All levels are welcome.

Boxfit fusion conditioning
Fridays, 6-7pm
This class is designed to provide you with a full body workout that not only hones your boxing skills but improves your fitness and agility. Get ready to punch, move and sweat your way to a stronger, more conditioned and confident you.
Note: *We ask all our athletes to bring their own wraps and gloves*

Morning Sweat
Saturdays, 9-10Am
Come get your sweat on and start the day off right with our Morning Sweat classes. This circuit-style class focuses on functional movement, agility and power with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, sled and more! It is a great way to challenge your athletic performance and improve overall body composition. All levels are welcome.

Train to run
Sundays, 9-10Am
More than just a run club—this class will focus on exercises designed to improve stability, muscular endurance, and prevent common injuries and muscular imbalances in runners. Whether you are new to running, want to improve your speed and stamina for a race, or wanting to learn specific exercises to avoid injury, this class is for you!
